Pick one project and a time range to see every logged entry with its task description and duration, then export it as a PDF.

On the last day of every month (23:55), a CSV summarizing that month's total logged time per project — including budgets, hourly rates, and any over-budget charges — is emailed automatically (configure the email account under Settings). Use this to send it on demand — handy for testing, or re-sending a past month.

When a timer is stopped, if less time has actually elapsed than this value, the logged entry is rounded up to this minimum instead. Default is 15 minutes.
Customizes the "send this session to the client" email offered
after stopping a timer (only for projects with a contact email
set). Leave a field blank to reset it back to the default.

variables instead. Your email provider's SMTP page has these
details — for a Hostinger email account, host is usually
smtp.hostinger.com, port 465.
Upload an image to use as the full-page background on every PDF the app generates — session receipts, project reports, and monthly reports. Text switches to white automatically so it stays readable against a dark letterhead. Remove it to go back to a plain white background.
